Did Winter's Snows Fill Detroit Reservoir For The Season?

With temperatures expected to reach up to 95 degrees in the Willamette Valley Friday, my attention was drawn back to this winter -- when the reports were of record snow packs.
The small town of Detroit in the Cascades had to call in the feds because they’d run out of places to put all the snow.
I called Dave Layman, the owner of the Cedars Restaurant there, to talk about possible flooding and ask him how bad it got this winter?
