Thursday evening, a three-day celebration of country, swing and line dancing kicks-off with the start of the 22nd annual Portland Dance Festival.
Hundreds of enthusiasts from throughout the Pacific Northwest and Canada will converge on the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel.
