Ellsbury Makes Many Oregonians Into Red Sox Fans

For many Oregonians who followed professional baseball this weekend, the news that the Boston Red Sox won another World Series, could be summed up in two words: Jacoby Ellsbury.
The OSU grad from Madras who fairly skyrocketed onto the national scene this year was not an unfamiliar name to baseball fans in Oregon. And by all accounts, success couldn’t have come to a more deserving person.
