Signatures Fall Short, Domestic Partnerships To Become Law

Anti-gay rights activists have fallen short of the number of signatures they needed to refer the domestic partnerships law that’s set to take effect in January. But just barely -- they needed just over a hundred more.
I asked our political analyst Bill Lunch if that came as a surprise to him.
